How long does the process take from first contact to delivery?

Accepted Answer

Our typical lead time is 15 to 20 business days from artwork approval to delivery. Rush orders (additional fee applies) can be turned around in 10 to 15 business days. The full timeline including quoting and artwork rounds is usually 3 to 4 weeks for a first-time client.

Can I order a completely custom shape?

Accepted Answer

Yes, custom die-cut shapes are our speciality. We can produce virtually any 2D shape from your artwork. The only constraints are minimum feature size (2mm) and that shapes must be cuttable on our equipment. We recommend providing artwork as an AI or EPS vector file for the cleanest result.

What scents are available?

We have a wide fragrance library: fresh, fruity, sweet, classic pine and more, and we can scent-match to your brand or product. What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Accepted Answer

We prefer PNG high resolution files: .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .eps. We also accept high-resolution PDF and JPG files (300dpi minimum at final size). If you only have a logo in low resolution, our in-house designer can redraw it for a small fee.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship to New Zealand and Australia. Australian orders have a slightly longer lead time (add 3 to 5 days for shipping). For orders outside NZ/AU, contact us directly as international shipping costs vary significantly by volume.
